RANDY VALERIO & XANDER BELTRAN
RANDY VALERIO & XANDER BELTRAN
Randy Valerio is an LA-based stand-up comedian and podcaster originally hailing from Queens, NY. A Brown University graduate who spent a decade on Wall Street in investment banking and private equity, Randy eventually walked away from success and financial stability to pursue stand-up comedy — because apparently emotional chaos is more fun than paying his bills on time.
Randy’s comedic style is sharp, honest, and unapologetically edgy, blending his multicultural roots — born to a Dominican father and Irish mother — with the misadventures of dating as a middle-aged man and the absurdity of everyday life.
He began touring in 2018, opening for Jeff Dye (The Joe Rogan Experience Podcast, Gutfeld!, Last Comic Standing) and has performed in more than 40 cities across the U.S. and Canada. He has also featured for notable comics including Donnell Rawlings, Chris Franjola, and Dean Delray. Randy has appeared at the Boston Comedy Festival (2023), Big Pine Comedy Festival (2022), Idaho Comedy Fest (2021), and Fringe World Festival in Australia (2020). During the pandemic lockdown, he accidentally became a “meme lord,” building a loyal social media following of 90K+ with jokes shared by Barstool, BuzzFeed, The Chive, LADbible, and meme pages reaching more than 30 million followers. He also hosts the weekly Ready Set Blow Podcast, featured in the inaugural Boston Podfest.
